The Site describes the AI CISO platform and the services Nexalian Technologies, LLC ("Nexalian") provides as an Authorized AdventX Franchise Partner in the United States. Content on the Site is provided for general information only and does not constitute an offer, a contract, or professional, legal or security advice. Any engagement for services or platform access is governed by a separate written agreement.
Nexalian is an independent company. AI CISO is developed and owned by AdventX Limited. AI CISO and associated product names, technology and intellectual property are the property of AdventX Limited and/or their respective rights holders and are referenced on this Site under Nexalian's franchise partnership.
Except for AdventX materials noted above, the Site and its content — including text, graphics, illustrations, logos and design — are owned by Nexalian or its licensors and protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. Illustrative dashboard and map graphics are representations and not screenshots of any live system. You may view and print pages for your internal, non-commercial evaluation; any other use requires our written permission.
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping content at scale, or using it to transmit unlawful, infringing or harmful material.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nexalian does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
